If you have recently won a prize but have not yet received it, please allow 3 working days for a notification confirming that your prize has been processed. If you have not received any notifications after this time, please email support@ad-win.co.uk or fill the contact form below with your registered email address.
Please include as much information as possible, such as your order number and ticket number if available. This will help us process your request more quickly.

When contacting in relation to a technical issue, please find below a few things to include, which will help us resolve any issues as quickly as possible for you.
If your prize has arrived damaged or faulty
Please email sales@adwin.co.uk or fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page and include as much information about the issue as possible to speed up the enquiry including; your name, email address on your account, prize won and detail the issues clearly. Where possible please send photos or videos of packaging or defects.
Our customer service desk operates Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, although we do often respond outside of this time please do not chase a response outside of these hours. Occasionally emails end up blocked, if we haven’t replied to your email within 48 hours please contact us via our Facebook Page or Instagram Page.
